Founder + Principal

Ms. Ware formally began her work to improve the customer experience in 2011. Customizing workflows with her colleagues, clients, and employers is key to successful collaboration. We utilize the leanest approach that gets the job done, so as to maximize communication, effective work, and profit margins, while minimizing unfocused or overly bureaucratic efforts. Martha earned her M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University, and holds an M.A. in Teaching from Smith College, and a B.F.A. in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design.

Other Team Members

UXbuddha brings in collaborators based on the project parameters and business needs. We draw from adjacent areas to Experience Research & Design: Content Strategy, Quality Assurance for UX, Software Architecture, and specialized research methods, among many others.

Several designers and researchers began their careers working with UXbuddha, and have moved on to other organizations. Mentorship is central to the supportive community of designers in the Northeast. From time to time team members request to stay in stealth mode. (Now you see ‘em, now you don’t!) We respect our colleagues’ need to fly under the radar sometimes — provided we’re all working within our NDAs. Collaboration takes many forms, and we like to work within as many as possible.

Internships are often available with our team. Connect with us to find out more about what we’re up to. We’ll see where we can fit you in. UXbuddha likes to support people in the direction of their career goals, as we mentor the next generation of designers and researchers.
